What the report contains

What a scoring spreadsheet does not give you:
Primary vs secondary schemas. The report distinguishes unconditional (primary) schemas from conditional adaptive strategies (secondary), so a coping mechanism is never mistaken for an underlying schema.
Clinical reading of coping & compensation signals. An educational notice explains coping strategies and surfaces the auto-detected clinical compensation patterns. To be confirmed in interview, never diagnostic.
Item-level breakdown. For each schema, the count of 4s, 5s and 6s is shown next to the %. A qualitative read that reveals the real intensity behind the score.
Follow-up over time. Every test is added to the patient's history. A retest six months later reads next to the first one, with nothing to re-enter.

Are my data and my patients' data secure?
Yes. Data is hosted in Europe, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the referring therapist can access their patients' results. No data is shared with third parties. YoungScoring complies with the GDPR and the Swiss revFADP.
Is the report ready to use in session?
Yes. The 9-page PDF contains scores for the 18 schemas, a per-domain radar, the Top 3 dominant schemas, a clinical reading page (primary vs adaptive strategies, auto-detected compensation patterns), and clinical descriptions. It's structured to be reviewed with the patient or used to prepare your session.
Which version of the YSQ is used?
YoungScoring uses the YSQ-L3 (Young Schema Questionnaire, Long Form 3), the 232-item long form, sometimes written YSQ L3, YSQ-3, YSQ 3, or simply YSQ. It is the reference instrument in Schema Therapy, covering the 18 Early Maladaptive Schemas identified by Jeffrey Young, grouped in 5 domains. Not to be confused with the YSQ-S3 (Short Form, 75 items), which is a distinct shorter version.
